Our beginner small group program is geared towards 50+ clients who want to build muscle, lose weight, increase energy and reduce pain. We want you to do workouts that change the way you live your life.

Why is our small group program different?

  • Programming by a Registered Kinesiologist

  • Tracking your progress on paper or on our app

  • Customized programming and modifications made for pain and injury that allow you to keep training

  • ​Maximum of 6 people in your beginner classes

  • ​Simple movements that help with your day to day life

  • 2 workouts/week with the same group, $199 for each 4 week block (12 week minimum required)

  • Check in's + individual plan for lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, protein, water & walking that will impact your results long term

  • ​A community based gym with you and your goals always top of mind

Why do we do a free consultation & assessment?

The free consult and assessment is to help you feel comfortable.

To give you a tour of our space, go over the program details, but most importantly to make sure this is a good fit for you.

Our movement assessment will determine if our beginner program, our rebuild program or our regular small group program is best based on how you move, your level of pain and injuries and how comfortable you are in the gym.

Our goal: to help you reach your goals, be consistent and love movement again.
